Silver+ Style Vacuum Storage Bags Kit

Having gotten used to the less expensive traveling compression packs that seem to hold up for one or two uses, I thought I would try a better quality bag and see if I could truly use it more than a few times. This package comes with thicker bags that are almost Mylar on one side and definitely hold up better than the inexpensive package that I've been using. At this point, after only a few uses, they're still holding the Vacuum as it should. I love the benefit these give because I can usually reduce whatever I am packing by at least a third, saving lots of space in my carry-on. I also appreciate the included cordless rechargeable pump, and appreciate how the cord becomes a travel retaining loop for carrying. Overall, this does a nice job of compression and space-saving, and will be joining me on my next trip.

I needed space and these VacEase vacuum bags is just what I needed. This kit comes with everything you need to shrink and save space. Its simple to use and they're definitely well made. I was able to place 2 twin size comforters in the large size and flattened them to a pancake. The rechargeable wireless pump makes it convenient for travel as well. The pump is small but strong and seal is strong too. I absolutely love them. The price is great, definitely recommend this kit.

Absolutely love this set! I have used a slightly different one from the same company but it was wired. This one has a wireless pump and it works (in my opinion) better than the wired pump. I filled about 6-8 med to large bags (and I mean I packed them tight ) and this pump do not even appear to be struggling to remove the air and vacuum seal them (see pics ). The bottom bag is an oversized queen comforter , and all of the bags shown completely covered a Queen size bed . This is the first time I’ve used these for home use , but , I ordered a second set with a different bag set (small / medium only). This is the sizes I will use for travel only because I never check bags , even on a long vacation so this system works ideally for me . I cannot recommend this enough. Even if you don’t travel, and just need to limit the clutter in your closet for storage space then this is exactly what you need .

If you’ve ever tried packing for a warm getaway in the middle of winter, you know the struggle—bulky coats, extra layers, and even comfort items like a favorite pillow can take up an entire suitcase. These vacuum storage bags completely solved that problem for me.I was able to fit two adult-sized, heavy winter coats into one large bag, seal it, and vacuum out the air so it compressed down enough to sit neatly at the bottom of my luggage. That alone saved a ton of space and made it easy to have my coats ready for when I got back home to colder weather.In another bag, I packed my favorite pillow—which normally takes up a huge amount of room—and compressed it down so I could actually bring it along without sacrificing space. That was a game changer for comfort while traveling.I also used the other bags for clothing like swimsuits, underwear, shirts, a couple of sweaters, jeans, and thicker socks. These are items that don’t wrinkle easily, so they’re perfect for vacuum packing. Altogether, what would have easily filled an entire extra suitcase was condensed into one, saving both space and the hassle of traveling with more luggage.One thing to note—the bags come with little clips to help seal the zip-top closure. These are helpful, but they can easily get lost in the shuffle while packing. I recommend tossing a couple of extra clips into your toiletry bag so you always have one handy. That said, even without the clips, the bags can still be sealed fairly easily with a little extra care.The included vacuum is another standout feature. It’s surprisingly powerful and comes with a built-in USB-C charging adapter, which is great because it means one less thing to remember when packing. Mine worked right out of the box without needing a charge and was able to fully vacuum a large coat-filled bag in under a minute.I also really like the valve design—once you remove the vacuum, the bag stays sealed and doesn’t refill with air. This is an absolutely incredible set. Do yourself the favor and get one!The first thing I noticed was how huge the bags are. The small bag is more than enough to fit 2 large hoodies, 2 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts. That's what your looking at in my pictures. Yeah. All of that fit in the small bag, and shrunk down by about 1/3rd of the original size.The pump is tiny, and really doesn't seem like it'll be able to get the air out, but it does. You can push on the clothes to help them compress even more, though it's not necessary unless you're really pressed for space (by the cm). The way they have the charging cable as the handle for the pump made me nervous. Cables usually don't last long when they're used as handles. However, it seems this one was made with that in mind. The cable is a very thick braided cable. Still, something to watch out for.I haven't had a chance to take it on a trip yet, but I have one planned in a month, so I'll report back if everything isn't as amazing as it is right now.

I am very pleased with this VacEase Ultra Travel Storage Bag Set that include the pump. I got 20 bags (10 Medium and 10 Small) but they are bigger than I imagined, based on the advertised pictures. I put a fiber filled standard pillow into a medium size bag and was able to compress it down to about a quarter of it's thickness. The air valves on the bags are very good and worked well in holding its' compression. The bags have double zip locks and thankfully the seller included several small orange sealing aids that you place over the bag lock channels and pinching it together while you slide it along the locks, works very well in sealing the bag completely. The supplied vacuum pump worked very good and while it does have an internal rechargeable battery, there is also a USB cord attached that you can plug into a power brick or battery and operate it that way if the internal battery run low. These bags should like a good long time as long as you keep them away from sharp objects and do not put any sharp objects inside the bag when you compress it down. These were a very good value since they are reusable and these will work great when travelling or storing clothing away for awhile.

We use these bags primarily for traveling. They are great way to organize your clothing and ensure things stay dry while in transit. They're also great for separating your dirty and clean clothes too. But they excel at making more room. You won't need to have the entire family sit on your suit case as you attempt to close it.This kit came with 15 vacuum bags (not 14 as described in the title):6 small (21x15")6 med (25x18")3 large (29x21")And 2 bags of bright orange clips (15 total) to help seal the bags. These clips have a tendency to get lost so the bright color makes finding them easier.The vacuum pump is an Interesting design. It has a short 11" USB-C cord permanently attached to it which allows you to charge the pump. You can use the pump after it's been charged, or if you forget to charge it, a separate button allows you to operate the pump while it's plugged in to a charger. However, I found that using the vacuum while plugged in is a little clumsy. The charge cord is so short that you'll need to move the charger pretty close to where your vacuuming. Having a built-in charge cord is nice for emergencies, like you forgot to pack a cord when traveling, but you better have a USB-C port nearby to charge it. USB-A is still more predominant in hotels and cruise ships, but more are starting to offer USB-C charge ports too. The problem is they never seem to be in a convenient place so attempting to vacuum while plugged in is a bit awkward. My preference is to use my own longer cords than using this short 11" cord.Shown in the pictures are 2 pillows that I placed in the large bag and I used the supplied pump. The pump struggles to remove the air out, you need to help it by placing your weight on the bag to help expel more air. You could always use a ShopVac too, those work great. The bags held their seal for days with no leaks.Currently, the asking price of over $50 seems pretty steep to me. I've ordered others that worked just as well for less $$$. I'm going with 4 stars because the pump needs help while compressing, and I don't care for the permanent, short USB-C cord.

Love these travel storage bags!*They actually retain air in the bags without leaking out.*They come in three different sizes, which is a must for traveling.*The storage bags are made from quality material which is probably the key to it retaining air after being filled.*They maintain their shape after being filled so it gives you a real idea of what type of space you are needing when packing.*A really good wireless pump that stays charged for many days. So if you leave or lose your charging cord, chances are you will still be able to use the wireless pump.I have also used a few of these bags to store other items around my house. They are very versatile bags not only for travel use in my opinion. I love these vacuum storage bags!

I was honestly surprised how well this works. The suction is strong and consistent, not weak like some cheaper sets I’ve tried before. It holds really well once it’s on and doesn’t keep losing pressure.The rechargeable feature is a huge plus. I don’t have to keep dealing with cords or replacing anything, just charge it and it’s ready to go. Battery life has been solid so far.It’s also pretty easy to use, everything feels straightforward and not complicated. The different sizes included make it versatile depending on what you need.Overall it feels like a good quality set for the price and actually does what it’s supposed to.

These work a lot better than the ones my mom used to use, they certainly smell better. We used the small and medium bags to store our winter clothes and bedding. With 20 bags we freed up half of the closet space in the house and, unlike the giant bags I remember from my childhood, these are easy to move around and reuse (if I end up needing that hooded jacket again after all). The bags themselves are easy to work with as long as you don't try to overfill them. The sealing clips and valve/plug hold an adequate seal and none of ours have failed at the time of this writing. Overall I'm pleased with these and would recommend them, especially since the price includes a super handy pump.
