You can request our Return & Refund Service within three calendar days of receiving your product by contacting us at support@vacbird.com.
To expedite your return and refund request, please provide the following information to Vacbird:
• Order Number
• Return Product Name & Quantity
• Return Reason
• Images or Videos of Products and Packaging
We will process your return and refund application within two or five working days after receiving your email.
Refund Time & Shipping

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take 7-14 business days, subject to bank or credit card issuer processing times.
Refund Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the designated service center, including international shipping if applicable, unless the return is due to performance faults.
Price Match & Partial Refund Terms
1. Discontinued or out-of-stock products on www.vacbird.com are ineligible for partial refunds.
2. Each eligible product qualifies for a single refund.
3. Orders fully refunded are not eligible for partial refunds.
4. Orders undergoing full refunds, returns, or exchanges are not eligible for partial refunds.
5. Partial refund requests must be made upon receiving the order during promotional periods.
6. Vouchers, shipping costs, and taxes are not included in partial refunds.
7. Vacbird reserves the right to deny or reverse refunds for suspected policy abuse.
8. Partial refund requests are limited to orders made within the previous week before a promotional period, with requests made within that week.
9. Only the same model/colorway is eligible for a partial refund request.
10. Additional charges due to system errors or other reasons during promotional periods are refundable.
