Is Vacbird Pump allowed on airplanes?
Because of an internal battery, the majority of airlines will need you to hand carry Pump. However, it is essential to get in touch with your local airline before your trip, as laws vary from one carrier to another.
How is Pump operated?
If you use a USB pump, like the VacEase series, simply connect it to your power bank, phone or USB adapter—it will start working automatically and steadily draw air out at a moderate speed, ideal for light home or travel use.
If you use a Turbo series, make sure to charge it in advance; it’s cordless and powerful, and one full charge can support up to 100+ uses, making it convenient for repeated vacuuming without plugging in.
If you use an electric pump, like the E-pump or Jumbo series, plug it into a wall outlet for stronger, faster suction—perfect for larger bags or frequent compression needs.
Are these bags reusable?

If properly sealed and undamaged, the bags will remain compressed for months. Make sure the double-zip seal is fully closed and check occasionally.
Will the bags fit in my suitcase or closet?
We offer a variety of sizes, including travel-friendly small bags and large/extra-large bags for home storage. Please refer to the size chart to choose the best fit.
What if a bag arrives damaged or leaks?
If your bag arrives damaged or doesn’t seal properly, we offer a free replacement within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us with a photo or brief description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a fast, hassle-free exchange. Your satisfaction and product experience are our top priority.

We will process your return and refund application within two or five working days after receiving your email.

Price Match & Partial Refund Terms
1. Discontinued or out-of-stock products on www.vacbird.com are ineligible for partial refunds.
2. Each eligible product qualifies for a single refund.
3. Orders fully refunded are not eligible for partial refunds.
4. Orders undergoing full refunds, returns, or exchanges are not eligible for partial refunds.
5. Partial refund requests must be made upon receiving the order during promotional periods.
6. Vouchers, shipping costs, and taxes are not included in partial refunds.
7. Vacbird reserves the right to deny or reverse refunds for suspected policy abuse.
8. Partial refund requests are limited to orders made within the previous week before a promotional period, with requests made within that week.
9. Only the same model/colorway is eligible for a partial refund request.
10. Additional charges due to system errors or other reasons during promotional periods are refundable.
