1. Standard Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Have original tags and packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.
2. Return and Refund Process
To expedite your return, please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- For quality issues: Images of the product and packaging
- For non-quality issues: Images of the product and packaging
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed return instructions.
Processing time: Returns are typically processed within 2–5 business days after we receive your item.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including international shipping) unless the return is due to a product defect or malfunction.
*For non-quality issue returns, please arrange the shipment yourself using your preferred courier service. Contact our support team to confirm the return address and provide the tracking number once shipped.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must meet the return eligibility requirements stated above.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@vacbird.com.
6. Partial Refunds and Price Matching Terms
- Only items of the same model are eligible for partial refunds.
- Partial refund requests must be submitted after receiving your order, no later than one week before the promotional period begins and no later than one week after the promotion begins.
- Coupons, shipping costs, and taxes are not included in partial refunds.
- Additional fees caused by system errors or other issues during the promotional period are refundable.
Vacbird reserves the right to refuse or revoke refunds in cases of suspected refund abuse.

8. Special Policy for Large / Bulk Orders
- Definition of Large Orders: Any individual order with total items exceeding 8 pieces is classified as a Large Order.
- Verification Requirement: To prevent fraud and ensure transaction security, all Large Orders are subject to email verification before shipment. We reserve the right to hold or cancel unverified orders.
- Delivery & Signature Status: Due to the high value of Large Orders, all packages require a formal signature upon delivery. Buyers are required to cooperate with the courier to take a photo and register the delivery status. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen parcels if you authorize a "safe place" drop-off without a signature.
- Return Shipping & Fees: For non-quality-related returns (such as buyer's remorse, changed mind, not satisfied with the product, or incorrect size selection), the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and any incurred customs duties.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for returned Large Orders to cover international processing, packaging, and warehousing costs.
- Quality Issues & Free Replacement: If any item arrives damaged or with quality defects, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide a clear video showing the specific quality issue. Once verified by our team, we will issue a one-time, 100% free replacement for the defective item(s). No refunds will be issued for quality disputes under this policy.
- Final Sale Items: Bulk orders of identical items (more than 5 pieces of the same SKU) are considered final sale and are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a structural quality issue is proven by video.
