Heading overseas for a prolonged trip, I needed something to make sure everything could go with me. These definitely decrease the space needed for multiple outfits. As tested, 4 t-shirts are in the bag. The seal held overnight, so I don't expect any trouble traveling. I'd say it compressed things by half, at least. Packing with these will increase the likelihood of wrinkles.

The bags are a medium-weight plastic; is do l feel more certain about durability if it was thicker. They have a zipper at the top, with a plastic clip to pinch and slide across to make sure it closes right, and this is effective and simplifies making sure it's fully closed. The pump is great, has both a USB and type C option for plugging it in. Some might complain the vacuum isn't rechargeable, but that would be rather impractical for something like this, used only occasionally. It worked great, isn't too loud.

Despite the misspellings, the directions are easy to follow and thorough.

I could see using these for storage, as well, if I needed the space saving. Please note, Mr. Annoying Cat is not going on the trip, he will have a competent caregiver.

These bags are definitely going to be useful on upcoming trips. It seems like everything fits in my suitcase when I leave to go on my trip, but I can't ever get my suitcase closed on the way back, even if I didn't buy anything new to bring back! My plan is to not use these when I pack for my trip, but take them with me. Then I will use them when I pack to return home lol.

There are three different sizes. I used the medium sized one in my two demo pics. For reference, there are six t-shirts and three pair of pants in there. This was very simple to use. Plus I love that you don't need a wall plug if you have an external battery as your power source. It's also good that the cord is light green, so it's harder to leave behind in your hotel room. I gave four stars instead of five because I'm a little skeptical about how long each of these bags will hold up, but so far I definitely recommend this set.

This is a great addition to your travel essentials, especially if you’re traveling during the winter with bulky clothing like coats.

While the set comes with 3 different sized bags, it won’t fit very large items (check listing for exact bag sizes). I tried it with my puffer jacket (size small) and it barely fit the largest bag. Also, the bags are somewhat flimsy - they are thin and slippery, like a crinkly ziploc is how I can best describe it. They are a bit challenging to pull apart since there isn’t much room between the seams and the outer flaps. In fact, I managed to tear a bit of the plastic while opening it. There is a plastic slider to help close the bags, but it can and will slip completely off the ends if you push too hard. I also wish the covers for the vents are attached so there’s less chance of losing them.

On the other hand, the pump is great - compact and easy to use. Just keep in mind that you do need a power source with a usb-A or usb-C port. It works really well and completely sucked the air out in less than a minute.

Overall, I do think this is a great set. Hoping they improve the quality of the bags and add bigger sizes, or at least sell them separately to make them more useful (to fit comforters and pillows too). But for the time being, this is good to have for smaller items for travel or storage.

This is a bit costly considering it is $40 for 9 bags and a pump. I like that the air pump plugs into a computer (though it would be perfect if it could be charged and cordless), and that the bags have a double zipper. But the bags are fairly small and I can only fit a little bit of clothes inside them to get them zipped and prepped for vacuuming. If the bags were bigger this would be a better deal at the price, but since the bags are so small I can't really make use of them... the small bags only fit a few pairs of underwear and socks. I wish that all 9 bags were large instead of 3 small, 3 medium, and 3 large.

This kit comes with 9 bags of different sizes which is useful. I tried packing a puffy jacket and the pump was able to suck most of the air and the space the jacket needed in my luggage got reduced considerably, but it took quite a while for the pump to suck the air (please see attached video), I think it took like 3 minutes for the bag with my jacket (I also have a manual pump and I can suck the air in less than 3 minutes), so if you need to suck the air for the 9 bags I would think you would at least need 20 minutes of air sucking and hope the pump does not overheat or you would need to take breaks, I have to say I did not test the pump for all the 9 bags and it did not seem to overheat for the bad I tested with.

The pump pulls around 12 watts via its USB-C cable, which is not a lot, that means you could easily run it for more than an hour using a power bank that can give a full charge to your average phone with a 5000 mAh battery, so if you have a power bank of some decent 10,000 mAh which has a USB-C port, you are good to go.

Overall it is a good product, but it is kind of slow which is why I am not giving 5 stars but giving 4 instead

Works good. Definitely need bigger size bags. I got 2 winter jackets in the large bag and it worked good. It was hard to zip the bag shut with the jackets inside they kept falling out. But i figured it out. I pumped the air out, worked pretty cool. I stacked the jackets and blankets in the closet. Saved a lot of space, I got 6 bags in the space I had 2 blankets. Pretty easy to use

Living in Florida with family in the northern states means my sweater collection and thicker comforters molder in my closet, taking up valuable space. So these bags are useful for storing my winter clothes when I don't need them, which is most of the time. It's easy to use: you just put the items in the bag, zip-loc it shut, unscrew the cap and use the vacuum pump to remove the air. The manual pump does take a small amount of elbow grease but works pretty well to suck out the air. So far, the seal is holding. My biggest complaint was that the largest bag wasn't big enough for some of my needs. It definitely won't fit a queen size comforter, which is what I was hoping for. Half a dozen sweaters ended up going in that bag. Removing the air seems to get rid of about half of the bulk.

These bags are great for saving space when traveling, as they basically save me from checking another bag on my flights. I have to travel with pillows (as I hate hotel pillows), and normally they take up a ton of space. As you can see pictured, using these vacuum bags can make something take up something like a third of the space.

The bags are easy to compress. For a less serious compression, you can just press down on it with your body weight (and this is actually good to do either way to get a flatter surface). But the included pump really makes it so that you can take out nearly all the excess air. The bags are easy to seal, either with the included clips or just with your fingers. I do wish there was more variety in the bag sizes, but that's a small complaint.

If you travel, particularly with a lot of clothes or other soft items, don't underestimate the value in something like this. The saved checked bag cost alone made these pay for themselves. Highly recommended.

This product is awesome. Works exactly like they say it does. Made packing for a trip so much easier and spacious.

This variety pack of vacuum storage bags works great for winter travel when suitcase space is limited and clothing items are puffy. I loved the 3 different sizes to use, i found the smalls to be the most useful simply because the larges still take up a lot of space in a suitcase and can be very rigid when vacuumed down. The kit comes with a pump and zippers which work well to seal the bag up and get all the air out. I only have found one bag that wont hold the vacuum but i could have been damaged at some point. I really enjoy using these to keep a set of clothes in my carry on just in case my bag gets lost.

I was able to spend 6 days in the Dominican Republic while being team carry on. I knew it didn't want to check a bag so I got these as a way to pack the most within a small space. It worked. I had two vacuumed bags on each side. Also the pump being included was great bc I've gotten other bags that didn't have the pump. Even bragged about using to bags to my friends and they're gonna use them too

We cruise, and I was influenced to try these bags for a packing. They are worth it! We are so excited to only have 1 piece of luggage for clothes-for a 7 day trip! I have a video of the pump starting, and a photo of our suitcase. (I’m not worried about wrinkles. I can hang clothes in the shower room to steam when we shower or I can use the ships iron.)

Worked great for packing all of my bulky hoodies into a suitcase that I could take on a plane to help with moving internationally. Sucked the air out quickly and kept it out. Could attach the vacuum to a portable battery so it can be used anywhere.

This product allowed us to pack 10 days worth of clothes in our carry on bags. Very easy to use. Biggest tip is to fold your clothes as little as possible to make everything as flat as possible. Also stand and press on the bags while removing air to flatten out the bags as much as possible.

This little vacuum pump seriously gets the job done. The suction is strong, and my storage bags were totally flat in no time. The braided cord is a nice touch & way more durable than those cheap plastic ones. I also love how the cord wraps neatly around the unit and has a built-in strap to keep everything in place. Plus, it even comes with a storage bag to keep it all together. Total win for organizing and storing without taking up extra space!

Excellent bags and the pump is compact and surprisingly silence.

This set works wonderfully it really saves a lot of room in your suitcase. (Or wherever you want to save room). I personally love the bright green / yellow cord. But that’s personal offcourse. I’ve tried one bag out so far and right now that bag has been pretty much vacuum for about a week or so.

The pump also comes in a nice little bag to store it in. And it has 2 different power ports, 1 regular USB and 1 USB-C
